Really good stay, as always. Clean property, competent staff. Location adjacent to all the main sites / sights as well as activities in the town. Nicely decorated bathroom and reasonably large room. The bed is good and the location is exceptionally nice and fantastic.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Cuenca. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town and close to the river. The rooms are spacious and clean, with wonderful views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the breakfast on the top floor with incredible views of the old city.
All was fine, no complaints.

Great location with easy access to the historical center and shopping area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and provided an excellent view of the park. I enjoyed the delicious fixed menu options at the rooftop restaurant, and the staff was pleasant and accommodating.
Hard to think of anything.

Sirloin with pure estava rich. The room was very comfortable and warm. Hotel located near many perfect spots. Medium sized and comfortable bathroom although there was a lack of soap. Beautiful views in front of the view of the top of San Julian Park. Easy access to the room and fast.
The price of New Year's Eve dinner was high. The grapes for the price could be skinned. The sorbet could have been typical lemon sorbet. They only served 2-3 glasses of wine and 1 bottle of water, which they didn't put back, our waitress took a long time to serve us the glass of wine and I didn't like the dessert at all (kind of coke with chocolate..). We did not know that there was no parking or simply that it was difficult to find parking 45min.

The room was a good size, you could move around without bumping into the bed and/or walls. The reception staff is very attentive and friendly and is located near the city centre and you can walk to the tourist areas.
We had a view of the dune of the building; in itself takes away from the charm of the room. But, in addition, that "deslunado" (located on the first floor) served as access to the apartments offered by the hotel. So it was a pretty busy place where every time someone passed by (mainly with children) there was quite a lot of noise. On the other hand, I think that, despite the fact that the hotel's services are adequate and staff attentive, price we paid for the stay was a little higher than we would have expected for two nights. I recognise that the dates we have been there (end of the year) have been associated with an increase in the prices of overnight stays. However, for the same price we have paid we have gone more than two nights to 4 star hotels in other Spanish cities (in high season); watch out and in rooms that faced the street. Remember that we were on a first floor and overlooking a dusty traffic.

This hotel is a great find! The location is perfect, right by the old town and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean. I especially loved the stunning views of the old city from the top-floor restaurant. The prices are very reasonable too, making it excellent value for money.
No major issues, everything was alright.

The location is excellent, we didn't have to move the car at all, although all cuenca are slopes, we took lodging+breakfast and breakfast is not wasted, it's worth it for the quality/quantity and views that the restaurant offers while you have breakfast watching all cuenca from above
We didn't pay the supplement for the room to have a view, I didn't expect the view to be a wall, it was a 4th corner, with a window in the room and in the bathroom and both of them facing a wall that was about 2m away from an inner courtyard, that's why not much light came in and it smelled of closed/humidity. In the end I paid 88 euros for a night when what is worth it is the breakfast and location, because the room could be improved a lot, it doesn't have a towel hanger for the sink, it smelled of humidity and floor had stains as soon as it entered.

The location is definitely the best. The views from the 7th floor while having breakfast are fantastic. All very clean and very spacious room.. The mattress is quite hard, the kind of spring mattress that used to be there. For me comfortable as I like it, but for my partner very uncomfortable.. Hot water to shower at all times.
First the price. We went in Puente okay, but something expensive for the quality of the hotel.. The room had a very very old and rather neglected decoration, cracked bathroom floor, stained and broken bedspread ... At no time you get cold when entering the hotel, but that can not be regulated or turned off for me is a big failure, as the hot air gives me great headaches, congestion ... I asked for the room without a view, since we only wanted it to rest at night...so I didn't expect much from it, but I expected at least one or two windows and to my surprise there was only one and quite small one... Finally, the treatment of the staff both at the reception and for breakfast could be improved a lot.
